We review available documentation: master plan, existing landscape concepts, technical requirements. A site visit may be arranged for additional data collection if needed.

We define the project scope: lawns, planting, irrigation, and hardscaping. Together we determine tech solutions, quality standards, integration points with other contractors, and areas of responsibility.

We prepare working or technical project documentation (planting plans, irrigation layouts, visualizations). If a design already exists, we adapt it to our implementation format and prepare a detailed offer.

We create a detailed cost estimate, work schedule, timeline, and full documentation package. Several implementation options can be offered if needed.

We finalize all technical, legal, and financial parameters. A contract is signed — for design, contracting, or ongoing maintenance — and points of contact are assigned on both sides.

We execute the works according to the schedule: site preparation, surface installation, irrigation system setup, and planting. We ensure full reporting, quality control, and coordination with your site supervision.

Once the project is delivered, we offer post-installation care: plant maintenance, irrigation setup and winterization, repairs, and seasonal services. A separate technical support agreement can be signed if required.
